“Yesterday’s protest in Moscow may have been numerous (20,000 participants according to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs; 50,000 according to anti-government media), but I’ve never seen such indifferent protesters before,” she wrote on Facebook.

According to her, at the rally "short-term chanting was replaced by long silence." The journalist added that she had the feeling that the protesters were "not up to the protest."

She also shared that after the start of the concert, the protesters "got up to their feet and seemed to almost forget why they came there."

On August 10, an agreed meeting was held in Moscow on Academician Sakharov Avenue. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 20 thousand people took part in it.
