On the site of the non-profit organization Anti-Corruption Fund, Navalny said that fines would be compensated to every detainee at rallies and a complaint would be written to the ECHR.

Former coordinator of the Samara headquarters of Navalny, Mikhail Murygin, stated that he was fined 150 thousand rubles for organizing the rally on May 5, 2018. In December 2018, he was fined another 212 thousand rubles for a video with an unreliable investigation. According to Mikhail Murygin, he was counting on help from Moscow in paying fines, but he still has not been able to contact Alexei Navalny to resolve the financial issue.

“I’ll tell you frankly: it’s almost impossible to get in touch with Alexei. I do not have and did not have his direct contact, despite the fact that I was the regional leader, ”he said in an interview with RT.

According to him, negotiations with other representatives of FBK were also unsuccessful.

The absence of assistance from representatives of the FBK Moscow headquarters was also announced by the 23-year-old former coordinator of the Arkhangelsk headquarters Alexander Peskov, who received two fines of 200 thousand rubles for organizing an illegal rally and procession. According to him, he collected a month to pay fines for himself and other participants who were fined.

“The sum for all is about 600 thousand rubles, others had fines of 10-15 thousand rubles. In this case, it was the help of certain supporters who donate small amounts. Specifically, there was no help from Moscow or from somewhere else, ”he said.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee opened a case against FBK about laundering about 1 billion rubles.
