As noted, after the rocket explosion at the training ground, several Rosatom employees were thrown into the sea. The search continued until there was hope to find survivors.
As the state corporation’s press service added, the specialists of Rosatom who died during an emergency at a military training ground were aware of the potential danger of the work.
Earlier, five employees of Rosatom were killed at a military training ground in the Arkhangelsk region as a result of an emergency that occurred during a test of a liquid propulsion system.
