“Contrary to the agreements in which authorized representatives of Kiev regularly take part, 120 millimeter caliber shells were fired at Kominternovo, automatic easel grenade launchers and small arms were used, and fire was also fired from BMPs in the center of the village. Moreover, as a result of this vile shelling, two defenders of our republic died from their wounds, ”the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin said in a statement.
He noted that such shelling is a way to provoke the DNI to violate the agreements reached.
Earlier, a spokesman for the People’s Militia Directorate of the self-proclaimed DPR stated that Ukrainian security forces fired mortars at the Cominternovo village in the south of the republic.
