Around 01.20, the police received several alarms that a car was driven in a careless manner on the E4 in a southbound direction between Norrköping and Linköping.

"Driving in a circle on the road"

Otherwise, it is currently unclear what criminal charges may arise.

Initially, the traffic stopped completely in a southbound direction, but later in the night the road was opened. At 04.20 a file was open in each direction, the Swedish Transport Administration stated. The preliminary forecast is that accessibility will be limited until 05 o'clock.
