US Secretary of State Mike Pompey said he hopes to resume negotiations with North Korea yesterday (7 days) at local time and plans to do so in a week.
According to Reuters, Pompey spoke at a press conference yesterday after meeting with British Foreign Minister Dominique Rob at the State Department building.
North Korea seems to have reaffirmed its stance to resume working-level negotiations, despite the missile launches and pressure on the US.
