The 26-year-old musician apologized Sunday on his Instagram page to "whoever felt shocked". He explained that he was shooting a music video and had run out of vehicles during a transfer from one location to another around midnight. It was not an advertisement for a strip club, he assured, or "dancing naked in the streets for one reason or another". No explanation was given on the distribution of money to the dancers.
