As Tuka noted, there is a global crisis, which consists, among other things, in the "constant neglect of the agreements reached" by different countries.
“The complete destruction of the global security system. And in this whole "mess" you need to build a new international order. After all, what worked before does not work now. This applies not only to Ukraine: to take the same Syria, the same Iran, ”he added.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Minister said that the United States is trying to build a world order that operates on the principle of "who is stronger is right."
