Sent to a house in Miniac-sous-Becherel, in Ille-et-Vilaine, intervention platoons from Montfort-sur-Meu and Rennes forced the door of the house, arrested a 37-year-old man who was heavily alcoholic before that he has time to react. In the same room, they find the victim, lying on a mattress at the foot of the sofa where the suspect was sitting. In shock, the man's nose is broken, his face is heavily swollen, his jaw is blocked and he is unable to speak. He was taken care of immediately by firefighters and hospitalized. He was prescribed five days of ITT.

Judged in immediate appearance, he was sentenced to five years in prison, one of which was suspended and put to the test.
