Zelensky said earlier that the meeting of the “Norman Four” at the level of foreign ministers could be held in late August in France.

In May, the head of the Ukrainian party “Servant of the People,” Dmitry Razumkov, said that Kiev will seek to include the United States in the Norman format of negotiations to resolve the situation in the Donbass.
