“Two people were killed in a grenade explosion. The event is qualified under Art. 115 (“intentional murder”) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, ”the statement said.

According to preliminary data, her roommate came to a 44-year-old employee of the hospital’s catering department, who probably brought two grenades with her.

It is specified that one F-1 grenade exploded, which led to the death of people, and the other RGD-5 was put into action and was in extremely dangerous condition, but did not explode. The unexploded grenade was neutralized by sappers who arrived at the scene.

Earlier, law enforcement officials in Kiev detained a man who carried a grenade in his bag as a “souvenir”. After about a week, the police caught another man with a grenade already on one of the streets of Rivne.

In June, in the Ukrainian Krivoy Rog, a man threw a RGD-5 grenade at a passer-by because of a conflict between them.

In mid-May, in a Luhansk region, a man blew up a grenade at a bank branch, resulting in six injured people, including a police officer. A few days later, in Kharkov, an unknown man blew up a grenade near one of the city’s residential buildings. The explosion killed two people.

Also on May 26 in the Odessa region, an unknown person threw a grenade into the courtyard of a private house. The explosion damaged the windows of the house and the car.
