In a conversation with TASS, the lawyer noted that the interrogation of Dmitry and Olga Prokazov within the framework of the proceedings under Art. 125 of the Criminal Code (“Abandonment”) and 156 of the Criminal Code (“Non-fulfillment of obligations to educate a minor”) are over.
“No one has complaints. It was established that Sergei Fomin (a person involved in the criminal case of riots, put on the wanted list. - RT) is a close relative of the mother of the child, he is the godfather of the children of the Prokazov family. They walked together, they didn’t break through any cordon, they didn’t take part in any meetings, ”said the defender.
Earlier, the Moscow prosecutor's office sent a statement of claim to the Perovskiy court of the capital to deprive the Leprosy parental rights.
The Presidential Commissioner for Children's Rights, Anna Kuznetsova, also commented on this situation.
