Memorial day at the atomic bomb day “Hiroshima in Korea” August 6th 13:46

On the 6th, 74, after the atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, a memorial ceremony was held in Hapcheon (South Korea), where many Korean A-bomb survivors live, and the survivors offered prayers to the victims.

Hapcheon in southern Korea is also called “Korean Hiroshima” because many people lived in Hiroshima and Nagasaki after working in Japan during the Pacific War.

In commemoration of the bombing of Hiroshima on the 6th, the memorial ceremony was held at the facility where the victims were paid, and about 400 Korean survivors gathered.

At the beginning, after all the participants were silent, Park Nunhhu, the first minister of the government to attend, said, “A path to peace so that the past hard history will not be repeated again. I look forward to walking. ”

A man who was bombed in Hiroshima said, “Because I actually experienced the war, just listening to the news about nuclear weapons makes me feel terrible. I must eliminate them.”

In South Korea, as the A-bomb survivors are aging, the challenge is how to pass on the experience of A-bomb exposure in Japan to the next generation, and the first atomic bomb museum in Japan will open in Ototo Hapcheon. It is broken.
