An amendment to the Enforcement Decree of the Export Trade Management Decree, which the Japanese government decided at a cabinet meeting on Tuesday, is expected to be promulgated today.

Amendments will be published to the public through the Internet Gazette site.

If the amendment is promulgated today, it will take effect on the 28th, 21 days later.

The Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry changes the promulgation in accordance with the change of this Decree, and we can change the notification.

In addition to three items, including semiconductor materials, there is a possibility that new export materials that require individual permits will be added.
