Yesterday (6th) the National Assembly Operating Committee had a Blue House report. There has been a vigorous debate over whether North Korea's missile launch is a violation of the North-South military alliance.

Jung Yong-yong, the head of the National Security Agency, said North Korea's missile launch was not a violation of the North-South agreement recently.

[Jeong-Yong Chung / National Security Officer of the Blue House: It is our position that North Korea's recent launch of a short-range projectile is not a violation of the September 19 military agreement.]

The opposition party immediately criticized.

South Korean lawmaker Kim Hyun-a said there was a quick record that Secretary of Defense Chung Kyung-du admitted was a "breach of consensus" in the National Assembly the other day. He argued that the Blue House is forcing the Defense Ministry to unilaterally interpret it.

Chung rebutted head-on, saying he was different from what was reported.

[Kim Hyun-a / Free South Korean Rep.: I told you that I'm writing here.]

[Jeong-Yong Jung / National Security Officer of Blue House: Well. Show me that then. I was told that it was clear that it was not a violation of the 9.19 military agreement.]

The meeting was interrupted when lawmakers demanded an apology for Chung's attitude, and abusive language appeared in the process.

[Lee Won-wook / Deputy Democratic Party Chairman of the Democratic Party: If ○○○ doesn't apologize, I can't come here.]

[Jung Yang Suk / Free South Korean Party Deputy Chief of Staff: We should not have to call us, but should have resolved it with the Blue House.]

Dozens of people have been coming and going at more than 10 hours of meetings during the 10-hour meeting, when Mr. Moon presided over the ruling party's leadership and luncheon during the invasion of the Russian military aircraft, alleging that he had been involved in a lawsuit for returning property.
