“Bulgaria Air Airlines probably doesn’t have enough airplanes, because even one car’s breakage breaks the flight schedule, especially as spare parts for airplanes are delivered from other countries, which takes a certain amount of time,” the Consulate General of TASS quoted.

According to him, the Russians should have flown home on Saturday morning, August 3.

“We hope that in the coming hours the airline will fulfill its obligations and send our tourists home with flights from the airports of Burgas and Varna,” he said.

It is expected that the first flight to Moscow will depart from Burgas within the next hour, and from Varna in the afternoon.

On August 3, RIA Novosti reports referring to the Russian consulate in Varna that two flights to Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport were delayed from Bulgarian Burgas.
