A shootout in a commercial area in El Paso, Texas on Saturday, August 3 hit between 15 and 20 people, authorities said, and three people were taken into custody.

" We have between 15 and 20 victims, we do not know the death toll, " Texas Deputy Governor Dan Patrick told Fox News. El Paso mayor Dee Margo, on his side, reported on CNN " several deaths " and said there were " three suspects in custody ."

The White House said that US President Donald Trump was informed of the shooting in El Paso and continued to monitor the situation. He also spoke with Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Justice Minister Bill Barr.
