“The President signed the law HR 3877 ... setting the budget for the fiscal years 2020 and 2021 and temporarily suspending the onset of the national debt ceiling until July 31, 2021,” the statement said.
Earlier, the House of Representatives of the American Congress approved a bill extending for two years the term of the public debt ceiling.
