He said that on July 31, the Moscow government received two notifications for a rally from a group of citizens.

"The government of Moscow reviewed these notifications and agreed to the organizers on their requests to hold meetings from 14:00 to 16:30 on August 10 and 11 on Academician Sakharov Avenue (outer side) with the installation of the stands at 9," RIA Novosti Oleinik quotes.

Earlier, a press secretary of the Moscow City Court, Ulyana Solopova, reported that in the course of the week Moscow courts had arrested 88 participants in an unauthorized rally on July 27 and had fined 332 people.
