Last week, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization launched a new version of the 100-day training plan for citizens of new graduates, which aims at empowering and employing young citizens in a number of institutions and economic entities in the private sector.

The ministry said that the plan is part of a new package of resettlement programs in the private sector, especially after the success of the last accelerators, which ended in mid-July to achieve the target, stressing that the acceleration of quality resettlement in the strategic economic sectors is the top priorities of the ministry.

The new accelerators are implemented with a clear methodology, based on several pillars, the most important of which is the development of partnership with the federal and local government bodies that organize the work of these sectors and the companies operating in them, which will unite efforts and complement the roles. National, and community, which translates leadership directions.

The Ministry stressed that it will continue to organize these expeditions with its strategic partners in accordance with the target during the coming period, which will contribute to unifying efforts to support the Emiratisation file at the country level in general within the framework of the Emiratisation objectives in the UAE National Vision 2021.

The ministry said that the experience of the open days of employment is the most important tools that have helped them and still help them to achieve the full goal of the accelerators, in addition to their success in achieving high satisfaction among young people looking for work, especially after monitoring the number of them to get a job in two or three hours.

She pointed to the effectiveness and importance of open recruitment days in accelerating the recruitment of job seekers from citizens and women in the private sector, especially as it allows direct communication between them and companies that conduct job interviews with them, which promotes direct recruitment.

The ministry stressed its keenness to organize more open recruitment days in various sectors of the labor market in the coming period to attract job seekers from citizens and women, and to conduct direct job interviews with companies participating in the recruitment days, in order to enhance opportunities for job opportunities, During the offers or contracts of work concluded directly between the citizen and the company concerned, calling on young people to be flexible in the follow-up job offers, and seek to acquire expertise from the labor market, in order to qualify them to get better opportunities and privileges in the future.

She pointed out that it will continue to provide various forms of support and motivation to its private sector partners in accordance with its duties and responsibilities, including the nomination of job seekers to fill the required positions in the targeted sectors during the acceleration period in the same manner as the joint work plan.

Settlement Portal

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation called on young citizens to register on the official website «Emiratisation Portal», affiliated to it, pointing out that the portal includes various disciplines that meet the functional needs of the target companies, as well as graduates of new institutions of higher education. She stressed her keenness to provide the training programs for the registrants in the portal in a way that contributes to preparing them to join the job market, including job training, as well as on-the-job training, as well as vocational guidance and guidance programs. Raising awareness of the needs of the labor market in the UAE, developing a job search plan, awareness of affirmative action behaviors and the skills required by employers. The programs also provide guidance for parents, students and universities.

Emiratisation Partners Club

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization considered that the Emiratisation Partners Club is one of its most important initiatives to develop partnerships with the private sector to enhance the participation of national human resources in the available positions.

She pointed out that membership in this club in any of the three categories provides the company with many advantages and facilities exclusive services provided by the Ministry of private sector companies and companies registered with them.
