According to him, there were four applications for holding a rally on August 10 and two for August 11.

“Today, with a group of citizens and the organizer Elena Rusakova, an agreement was reached on holding a rally on Academician Sakharov Avenue on the 10th from 14.00 to 16.00 with the installation of a tribune near 9 Sakharov Avenue,” Oleinik said.

He added that the agreed number of participants is up to 100 thousand people.
