“These funds will be used to create facilities for social, engineering and transport infrastructure of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Primorsky Krai, Magadan Oblast, Sakhalin Oblast and the Jewish Autonomous Oblast,” reads the explanatory note to the document.

According to the decree, 9.87 billion rubles will be allocated for the region in 2019, 2.41 billion rubles in 2020, and 3.26 billion rubles in 2021.

It is expected that such measures will help speed up the construction of infrastructure facilities and improve the quality of life in the region.
