Earlier in Komsomolsk-on-Amur, an emergency mode was introduced in connection with the expected arrival of the flood.

In addition, the state of emergency was introduced in 16 other municipalities of the Khabarovsk Territory after heavy rainfall and a rise in the water level in the rivers.
