The joy and lightness are the goals of a new band called "The Moody Band", which is trying to revive the songs of the eighties and nineties in a pleasant and light, perhaps to find a foothold in the Egyptian musical scene.

The band was founded by the young Egyptian artist Mustafa Mahmoud Moghmad, the program "Mazajnji" in collaboration with the singer "The Voice" artist Abdul Azim Zahabi and opera singer Amani Samir.

The band justified the reasons for its inception that there are many Egyptians who love the songs of the eighties and nineties and want to hear directly in a pleasant atmosphere reminiscent of the past and the memories of youth and childhood.

She added in a leaflet that the singers have a special musical project, but they want to share what their fans like in a new way based on the review and interaction with the audience and loud music.

In previous concerts, the band performed old songs by artists Amr Diab, Hamid El Shaari, Eman El Bahr Darwish and Medhat Saleh, as well as Alaa Abdel Khalek.

The band held a concert on Wednesday evening at the famous Sawy Culturewheel center to embrace new artistic ideas.

The band's founder, Mustafa Mahmoud, wrote in his newspaper on Facebook what he described as "love" and the support he receives from his audience before each party.

The young artist Mustafa Mahmoud, or as he calls his audience, "the maker of human joy" of the pioneers of art purpose in Egypt and the Arab world.

Mahmoud blends between the western and eastern colors, and varied themes between humanitarian and national, social and religious, and provided topics for children, and has reached the work so far 10 different albums.

And has lived many concerts inside and outside Egypt, such as the revolution of January 25, 2011 at the Arab Revolutions International Festival in Tunis.
