Earlier, a massive power outage occurred in a number of areas of the capital of Venezuela and another 16 states of the country.
According to the Minister of Communications and Information, Jorge Rodriguez, the first results of the investigation showed that an “electromagnetic attack” had occurred.
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro commented on the outage.
