The footballer Franck Ribery was heard Tuesday morning at the tribunal de grande instance of Marseille, in the context of a dispute with his former agent, was learned from his lawyer, Carlo Alberto Brusa.

Me Brusa told AFP that the former player of Bayern Munich was in Marseille in the context of his legal dispute with Bruno Heiderscheid, his former agent from 2005 to 2007, at the time he was at the helm. Olympique de Marseille, confirming information from La Provence.

According to La Provence, the current dispute follows a complaint by the player for "forgery and false use", Mr. Ribéry challenging the authenticity of documents provided by Mr. Heiderscheid and supposed to prove the existence of an agreement between the two men to pay the agent a commission on the transfer of the OM player to Bayern Munich.

Since 2007, Bruno Heiderscheid, of Luxembourg nationality, and Franck Ribery have regularly gone to court to settle various disputes, all related to this same disagreement. In December 2015, the Luxembourg Court of Appeal had sentenced the attacker, who was then at Bayern, to pay 1.6 million euros, plus legal interest, to his former agent for breach of contract in 2007 .

The agent claims that the player had promised him orally and then in writing in May 2006, to pay him a 10% commission on his next transfer in thanks for having extirpated Galatasaray, where he was in conflict with the club, to join Olympique de Marseille in 2005.

Franck Ribéry has just left Bayern Munich, having completed his twelfth and last season there. In L'Equipe Magazine, he had stated in mid-June that he intended to play two more seasons, without specifying under what shirt.
