A senior leader of Sudan's "Freedom and Change" forces said that the file of consultations with the Revolutionary Front had witnessed great progress and agreed on the lineage in the Council of Sovereignty. It was agreed that the Revolutionary Front would be represented in the Council of Sovereignty on two terms.

He also indicated that he will announce the name of the next prime minister with the sovereign council, but will not form the Council of Ministers until the completion of the file of peace, to be announced by the government after a month. He pointed out that some time will be given to the political forces, after meeting with the mediator, to consult before the adoption of the agreements.

According to media sources, other sources in the forces of «freedom and change», that the latter agreed to give the Revolutionary Front two to three seats for the components of change in the sovereign council, and the agreement included naming the prime minister to begin his duties within a month. Sources in both parties said that the obstacle of representation in the Council of Sovereignty was overridden by the fact that the share of "freedom and change" of the figures representing the Sudanese territories, regardless of any political affiliations.

The Revolutionary Front and Freedom and Change agreed that the negotiations of the freedom forces should proceed with the transitional council, while continuing to address the issues of peace, even after the formation of the government and its inclusion in the government's program and work.

The Transitional Government would provide space for confidence-building measures.

This comes at a time when meetings between the «Freedom and Change» and the «Revolutionary Front» in Addis Ababa, the introduction of armed factions in the political process, where two armed movements refused to participate in the Sudanese negotiations in Addis Ababa.

Sudan Liberation Movement led by Abdul Wahid Nur in the Darfur region, and the SPLM North Sector led by Abdulaziz al-Helu in South Kordofan.
