“It is significant that the nationalist forces did not receive broad support from the population of Ukraine,” the Foreign Ministry noted.

They stressed that the last vote could be called the “vote of hope”.

“According to official statements, the elections were calm, without serious excesses. At the same time, final conclusions on the “cleanliness” of the electoral process can be made after the reports of international monitoring missions, including the Bureau for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, ”the ministry said.

They also expressed regret that representatives of Russia were not allowed to observe, and Kiev’s ban on opening polling stations on Russian territory prevented about 3 million Ukrainian citizens from voting.

Earlier, the KIA said that the voting in the elections to the Rada was held in compliance with the norms of Ukrainian legislation and international standards.

At the same time, political analyst Maxim Zharov told ANF that the elections in Ukraine were held with a lot of violations, which casts doubt on the legitimacy of the future parliament.
