"The police of the city Tensberg detained two people over the age of 20 years who are residents of this city, they are suspected of desecrating a monument to the victims of the July 22 tragedy," the report indicates.
In July 2011, Anders Breivik detonated a bomb in the Oslo government district. Later, he attacked with a firearm at the staff and guests of the youth camp of the Norwegian Labor Party on the island of Uta. As a result, 77 people were killed. He was sentenced to 21 years in prison.
In February 2018, Breivik admitted for the first time that he regretted what he had done.
