The Court of Misdemeanors in Ras al-Khaimah yesterday considered a case of assault and sexual abuse between the families of a husband and wife. The prosecution directed the accused, SH, the husband's mother, the husband's sister, the husband, The husband's sister, and the brother of the husband, were charged with beating and beatings and entering the family of the wife's mother's mother by force. She also accused the woman's brother-in-law of "you are not a brotherly brother."

The prosecution also accused the wife (KH) and her mother (R) of sex and beatings on her husband's family.

The court offered the peace to both families, where the husband's family expressed a desire for reconciliation, but the wife and mother refused to reconcile and insisted on continuing the case before the court.

All the accused denied all charges before the court. The mother of the husband reported that she had entered the house of her son's wife with her own volition and not against her will. She opened the door and asked them to enter.

The court said the brother of the husband had testified against his family for the benefit of his brother's wife and mother, and reported in police investigations that his mother and sister had been assaulted by his brother's wife, and that his sister had said to her, "You are not worthy. The brother of the husband said that her brother's wife ran towards her and beat her, and that she defended herself and did not stretch her hand on her, and that her brother violated the attack by his wife, denying the charge of insulting her brother's wife by saying, "You are not my brother's brother." She added that her brother's wife and her mother had insulted her and her family She was beaten.

For his part, the husband denied the charge of beating his wife or holding her hands, while denied the wife and her mother accused of beatings and insulting the husband's family. The defense lawyers asked the accused wife and mother to postpone the case to see the papers and prepare means of defense, and the court set the hearing next week a date to listen to the defense case.
