The last decade of July in the capital region will be marked by rather warm, but rainy weather. At the same time, meteorologists note that the atmospheric fronts passing by “waves” will influence the situation in Central Russia.

Thus, according to Anatoly Tsygankov, deputy head of the Roshydromet Situational Center, the cyclone located above the region shifted to the northeast, towards Syktyvkar, and the cold fronts that remained above Moscow still give a little cloudiness and rain. Warmer air masses are now in the Kursk area and to the south.

“The next cyclone is in the North Sea area. From it, the atmospheric front passes through Kaliningrad, Minsk, Kursk, and it will come up with “waves”, will be formed on the “wave” fronts, ”said Tsygankov in an interview with RT.

“The upcoming week in the capital region will be relatively warm, most of the week will take place at a temperature corresponding to the calendar, and in the middle of the week the temperature will even exceed the norm by a few degrees,” said Mikhail Leus, a leading specialist of the Phobos Center.

In a conversation with RT, he explained that most of Monday, July 22, in Moscow there will be no precipitation, in the afternoon +23 ... + 25 ° C, in the region - +21 ... + 26 ° C with a weak westerly wind and normal atmospheric pressure.

“In the evening the sky will begin to tighten the clouds and in some places light rain will fall. The approaching atmospheric front, which will affect the weather on Tuesday, will manifest itself, ”the expert said.

With his arrival, the region will have more cloudy weather, slight rains are possible and it will become slightly cooler (+22 ... + 24 ° C in the capital and +20 ... + 25 ° C in the region), the Phobos center specialist said . Similar weather, cloudy with clearings, is expected on Wednesday, July 24, when Moscow will be located on the northwestern periphery of the cyclone.

“On Thursday, the weather will improve, an anticyclone will be located in the sky over Moscow. Partly cloudy, finally the rains will finally stop, +25 ... + 27 ° C thermometers will show in the center of the capital, +23 ... + 28 ° C will be in the Moscow region, ”Leus said.

He added that such warm enough weather for the current July will not last long in the metropolitan area, and on Friday the regular atmospheric front will lower the readings of thermometers to +22 ... + 24 ° C, and also cause short rains and thunderstorms.

In turn, the deputy head of the situation center of Roshydromet, Anatoly Tsygankov, noted that partly cloudy and light rain is expected on Friday and Saturday.

“The wind is northeast, on Thursday there can be a gusty wind. Night temperatures will remain like this - +11 ... + 16 ° C, on Friday-Saturday - +14 ... + 19 ° C. Daytime temperatures will be approximately +21 ... + 26 ° C, ”noted Tsygankov.

According to the forecast of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, nightly temperatures in the metropolitan area will stay around +12 ... + 16 ° C, and closer to Saturday, July 27, the atmospheric pressure will drop to 735 mm Hg.

“St. Petersburg is dry and sunny, the prevailing background temperature is +22 ... + 25 ° C. Small rains are not excluded only closer to the weekend. In Moscow, too, it is +22 ... + 25 ° C, but a rare day will go without rain. They are expected to be the strongest on Tuesday and Friday, ”the Phobos center forecast says.

They point out that in most parts of European Russia one should not expect strong heat - the temperature regime will correspond to climatic norms. However, due to the proximity of atmospheric fronts, the likelihood of rain and thunderstorms will be increased.

Earlier, the leading specialist of the weather center “Phobos”, Evgeny Tishkovets, told Zvezda TV channel that the weather in the capital region and central Russia will start to improve next week, and by the next weekend, weather forecasters promise the resumption of the bathing season.

“Nature will take pity on Muscovites and residents of Central Russia. Thermometers will slowly rise over the coming week, ”the specialist said.

At the same time, Alexander Golubev, head of the department of short-term weather forecasts and hazardous events at the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, said in an interview with Izvestia that it was not worth expecting the return of hot weather in the coming days.

“The return of hot weather in the next ten days is not expected. In terms of temperature, the weather will be around the norm, and small summer rains are possible, ”Golubev said.
