Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on July 11. Now it should be sent to the signature of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.
As specified, this measure will not apply to persons who have committed crimes under the age of 18 and over 65 years.
In January, a law came into force in Ukraine that tightens responsibility for sexual crimes.
