An automated speaker quickly responds to customer inquiries without interfering with the human element, using artificial intelligence techniques, natural language processing algorithms.

He added that the technology of the speaker is able to meet the queries of customers related to the services of the information body, which reduces the pressure on the call center in the body, noting that the technology has the property of continuous learning from previous conversations, which helps to understand the nature of queries and respond to them accurately.

Al-Falahi explained that the automated speaker via Watts Ab is available in both Arabic and English, and that the available inquiry services are currently 64 information services, including inquiry about how to renew ownership of vehicles, introduction of Nol card services, and others.

He stressed that the Authority is keen to use artificial intelligence techniques, to make the UAE a global leader in artificial intelligence by 2031, according to the strategy of the Emirates Artificial Intelligence, a strategic goal of the State and the Government of Dubai.
