He explained that “unlike the usual practice, in order to receive money, citizens will not have to wait for the reconciliation and approval of the final lists, payments will be made as documents are checked.”
Earlier, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree that will help speed up payments to victims of the flood in the Irkutsk region.
