According to the Kremlin press service, such an instruction was given as a result of an audit of the implementation of legislation and presidential decisions on housing.
“The Government of Russia ... to ensure the development of additional mechanisms for providing housing to citizens with low incomes, on the terms of its preservation as public property,” the document says.
