“The United States sends teachers of the Anglo-American school to Moscow as administrative and technical staff of its embassy and at the same time do not allow the entry of the same employees of our overseas agencies,” the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

As stated in the statement, Russia is ready to issue visas to all employees of US diplomatic missions, including teachers, as quickly as possible, provided that Washington will do the same for Russian personnel.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry commented on a report by The New York Times that the Russian Foreign Ministry allegedly refused to issue visas to 30 teachers of the Anglo-American School located in Moscow.

Later in the Russian Foreign Ministry reported that the teachers of the educational institution are sent to the Russian capital with diplomatic passports.
