According to her, the UN hopes that after the elections to the Verkhovna Rada and the formation of the new government, the current statements of Kiev “causing a certain optimism” will be accompanied by concrete actions to implement the Minsk agreements, reports TASS.

DiCarlo also expressed hope that the authorities of Ukraine will ensure the linguistic rights of national minorities.
