“In 2020, it is planned to begin flight tests of the MS-21 equipped with PD-14 engines,” RIA Novosti reports.
Earlier, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Yury Borisov said that the Irkutsk Aviation Plant is creating two more prototypes of the medium-range MS-21, one of which will be tested with the Russian PD-14 engine.
According to Borisov, the start of deliveries of serial MS-21 aircraft to customers is scheduled for 2021.
