“She was seriously injured as a result of the tragic incident in Sheki, Khatira Agamaliyeva died, despite the efforts of doctors, in the central regional hospital,” a spokesman for the republic’s Ministry of Health quoted RIA Novosti.
Earlier it was reported that four victims after the incident in the Palace of Sheki khans were transported to Baku.
As a result of the emergency, which occurred on July 14, 19 people were injured, including two Russians.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev took the situation under personal control.
