The Attorney General’s Office specified that on July 16 the length of imprisonment, to which Makeev was sentenced, will be announced.
It will also be announced what compensation the Russian will have to pay to the relatives of the victim.
In May, the Russian embassy in Mexico City stated that cellmates had beaten up Makeev in a Mexican prison.
In June 2017, a Russian on murder charges was placed under arrest.
