According to Podberezkina, the main thing is the fact that the Americans declared their withdrawal from this treaty, and Russia's actions were reciprocal.
“Mogherini’s statements repeat the main idea of the American side that this treaty should be unequivocally destroyed or reformatted in such a way as to gain an absolutely one-sided advantage in favor of the West. Mogherini did not find any new arguments and arguments, ”he concluded.
