“The Russian Embassy continues to monitor the situation and, within its competencies, provides assistance to Russian citizens,” said RT Embassy attache Dmitry Shibilov.
According to him, a group of Russians flew to South Korea on an S7 flight on July 13.
“When passing through border control, they could not confirm that they had arrived in the country for tourist purposes,” he noted.
