Tesla chief executive Elon Mask announced in 2017 the launch of Neuralink to work out a way to connect the human brain directly to computers. The company's business was kept secret until Thursday when the company disclosed a date for the president's planned July 18 announcement.
The company, which aims to develop "very sophisticated interfaces for the brain machine to connect humans and computers," said it would give the public the opportunity to attend this limited event when they answered eight questions, link their account to LinkedIn and explain why they should attend.
