The outcome approaches for the CAN 2019: Sunday, the Algerian Fennecs face the Super Eagles (18h / 16h GMT) for a place in the final, before the Senegalese Lions, great favorites, do not challenge the Tunisian Eagles (21h / 19h GMT).

Algeria, which had to go through a penalty shoot-out to overtake Ivory Coast (1-1 ap, 4-3 tab) in the quarterfinals, dreams of a qualification in the final, the first since 1990 and its unique sacred continent ... facing Nigeria.

Faced with the Fennecs, the Super Eagles want to believe in their chances, they who have not participated in the continental competition since their victory in 2013. Nigerian coach Gernot Rohr has conceded that the Algerian opponent was "more impressive "at this stage of the competition.

The other semifinal match sees Senegal play in the last four for the first time since 2006 after their 1-0 win against Benin and the Tunisian Eagles.

The Lions of Teranga, the best African nation in the Fifa rankings, leave favorites with their star Sadio Mané in attack. The Tunisians, rather disappointing until then, were on the contrary convincing in the quarter, by making a mouthful of Madagascan Zebu (3-0).
