“A launch from the Gaza Strip on Israeli territory was recorded ... There were no alarms in the settlements, since the shelling did not pose a danger to them,” the Israeli army said in a statement.
According to the ministry, this is the second launch of the rocket in the last few hours.
Earlier it was reported that at least 55 Palestinians were injured in clashes with the Israeli military in the Gaza Strip.
