The minister noted that “if for some stupid reason a conflict breaks out here, it will not bring benefit to anyone, so you cannot say that today there is a threat”.

At the same time, when asked whether he believes in the Russian attack, Helme noted that today he does not believe, but does not know what will happen in ten to fifteen years.
