This is stated in the draft order of the department, posted on the portal projects of federal acts.

“Set ... the size of the subsistence minimum for the whole of the Russian Federation for the II quarter of 2019 per capita is 11,185 rubles, for the able-bodied population - 12,130 rubles, for pensioners - 9,236 rubles, for children - 1,1004 rubles.”

Earlier, from January 1, 2020, Russian leader Vladimir Putin ordered to increase childcare benefits from 1.5 to 3 years to a subsistence minimum per child in the subject if the average family income does not exceed twice the subsistence minimum in the region.

In June, the Udmurtia news agency, citing the press service of the Pension Fund of Russia office for the region, reported that the region intends to increase the monthly payment for caring for disabled children and people with disabilities from Group I childhood.
