As stated by a lawyer in his Telegram channel, an investigation has been launched regarding Poroshenko about alleged interference in the activities of the judiciary, abuse of power and official position.
In addition, the State Bureau opened criminal proceedings on possible treason by the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andrei Parubiy due to the fact that he had not signed the law on criminal punishment for looting and corruption in the army for three years.
"We are narrowing the ring and waiting for the resignation of the Prosecutor General (Yuriy Lutsenko. - RT ) for the start of the first arrests and arrests," Portnova said TASS.
Earlier it was reported that Poroshenko was summoned for questioning by the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine on July 17.
The ministry confirmed the investigation of eight criminal cases in which the name of Poroshenko appears.
