GP Russia recognized the undesirable NGO "World Congress of Ukrainians"

“According to a study of the materials received on July 11, 2019, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia decided to recognize the activities of the international non-governmental organization Ukrainian World Congress (Canada’s World Congress) (Canada) as undesirable in Russia,” the text says.

It is noted that the activities of this NGO "pose a threat to the foundations of the constitutional system and the security of Russia."

Information about the decision was sent to the Russian Ministry of Justice.

Earlier, the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia included the Free Russia Foundation (Free Russia Foundation) to the list of organizations recognized as undesirable in Russia.

Free Russia is a non-governmental, non-profit organization created by Russian emigrants in the United States in 2014.
