Scientists charged to analyze the grouped cases of children born with a malformed arm recommended to carry out additional investigations only on the cases located in Morbihan, indicated Thursday the families concerned, "absolutely not" satisfied with these conclusions.
"Light" investigations in Morbihan
The expert committee ruled out a new survey in Ain, concluding that there was "no excess of cases" in the area, families and associations reported after the final report of this group of scientists. They also found the recommended investigations in Morbihan too "light", while they called for a "real field investigation".
